Cookies are small text files, which contain a set of information (see below), which are saved in the browser of the device used to access a particular website during a visit to it.

What types of cookies are there?
Cookies belong to two groups: session and permanent. The first ones, as the name implies, are temporary, it does not contain an expiration date, it stays in the browser only until the site is exited, and it is deleted when the browser quits. The seconds, permanent, are stored in the device until they are deleted or at the expiration of their expiration date.
How to manage cookies?
You can choose not to receive cookies, or to manage them, by accessing your browser settings, usually shown in the “Options”, “Preferences”, “Advanced” or “Help” tab, for example. However, this may result in loss of site functionality.
