Where to eat at the zoo

The Cangalho

The Cangalho restaurant is closely linked to the Lagos Zoo, near Bensafrim, operating in a complementary manner and sharing the same philosophy: to offer customers the best of nature without succumbing to the temptation of convenience.

Our restaurant menu is based on the flavors and aromas of age-old recipes, prepared to be enjoyed in one of the two special rooms we offer. In a truly familiar spirit. Affectionate. Comforting. Warm. For lunch with friends, for a pleasant evening, for that special event in your life.

Medusa Snack Bar

Quick, homemade flavors at affordable prices! At Medusa, you'll find everything from burgers and pizzas to fresh salads, toast, and coffee, all in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for any time of day.

Come and see our pool!
They come swimming side-by-side with the penguins! Open from April 1st to September 30th, from 10 am to 7 pm (last entry at 6 pm).
