General Admission Conditions

• Tickets with a limited availability, valid until December 31, 2025.
  

• Online tickets cannot be combined with promotions, vouchers, or discounts; for that, purchase tickets at physical ticket offices.

• Electronic ticket sent by email after purchase.

• Children up to 2 years old have free entry.

• Children under 13 years old are only admitted when accompanied by an adult (18+).

• Identification documents may be requested at the ticket booths.

• Tickets are valid for single entry and are validated by scanning a code.
  

• We are not responsible for duplicate tickets; entry may be refused.

• Sale for commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited.

• Keep your ticket until the day of your visit.

• There are no refunds, exchanges, or extensions of validity.

Please note: International transfers may delay the issuance of tickets.

Meal and Activity Times

• Pelicans: 11:30 AM

• Otters, Primates and Pelicans: 3pm (starts in Otters)

• Penguins: 4:00 PM

• Lemurs (activity by appointment, R$ 50 per person, from 7 years old): 11:45 am and 4:00 pm

Note: Children aged 7 to 11 may only participate with an accompanying adult.
